गौरतलब है कि पंडरिया में स्थानीय व्यापारियों और पंडरिया SDM के बीच व्यवस्थापन सहित छोटे व्यापारियों को जबरदस्ती उनके मूल स्थानों से हटाए जाने और व्यापारी आंदोलन को कुचलने के मकसद से उनके आंदोलन स्थल पर लगे टेंट को तोड़ने को लेकर ठन गई है, और अब यह विवाद आर-पार की स्थिति पर आ खड़ी है ,व्यापारियों के अनुसार प्रशाशन बिना प्लान के बिना सूचना के गलत तरीके से दुकानों को हटा रही है

*सभी व्यापारी ट्रेफिक व्यवस्था के पक्ष में है वे भी चाहते है कि सड़क पर लगी दुकाने, ठेले ,झोपड़ियां जो सड़क को बाधित करती है उन्हें हटाये परंतु जो दुकाने, ठेले और दुकानों पर धूप और बारिश से बचने के लिए टिन के सेड को जो किसी तरह से रोड, सड़क बाधित नही करते उन्हें बर्बककता पूर्वक बिना उचित कारण हटाये जाने पर व्यापारी बहोत ज्यादा नाराज है, जो व्यापार 40 वर्षो से चल रहा है उसे क्यो हटाया गया और

व्यपारियो द्वारा मांग की गई है कि हाट जहाँ लगता था वहाँ या फिर पुराने हॉस्पिटल के पीछे व्यवस्थित करे, फल व्यपारियो को उनके पुराने जगह पर उनकी दुकानों को और पीछे कर या फिर गार्डन से लगे हिस्से पर व्यवस्थित करे एवं पान, चाय, फल्ली, कपड़े, अंडे के पुराने व्यपारियो को उचित स्थान पर जगह देने की मांग रखी है
व्यापारियों ने स्प्ष्ट कर दिया है कि अब मांग पूरी नही हुई तो प्रशाशन समझ ले क्योंकि आंदोलन ऐसा वैसा नहीं उग्र और अति व्यापक होगा
