 बिलासपुर/– हाइकोर्ट में पुलिस कांस्टेबल भर्ती परीक्षा मामले पर सुनवाई हुई,जस्टिस पी.सैम कोसी की सिंगल बेंच ने मामले की सुनवाई हुई

मालूम हो कि नँदलाल राठौर,राजकिशोर साहू,आशीष राव,सहित अन्य ने अपने अधिवक्ताओं नितांश जायसवाल व अजय कुमरानी के माध्यम से हाइकोर्ट के समक्ष प्रस्तुत अपनी याचिका में कहा था की राज्य शासन ने वर्ष 2017 में कांस्टेबल के 2257 पदों पर भर्ती के लिए विज्ञापन जारी किया था,इसके लिए 1500 मीटर की दौड़ का आयोजन मई व जून 2018 में किया गया था,सफल अभियर्थियों की लिखित परीक्षा 30 सितंबर 2018 को हुई थी,दूसरी ओर 6 माह बाद भी परीक्षा परिणाम जारी नही होने पर हाइकोर्ट में याचिका लगाई गई थी,सिंगल बेंच ने प्रकरण की सुनवाई के बाद प्रदेश के डीजीपी को दो माह के भीतर पुलिस कॉन्स्टेबल भर्ती परीक्षा का सम्पूर्ण प्रक्रिया पूरी कर परिणाम जारी करने निर्देश दिया था,लेकिन 80 दिन बीत जाने के बाद भी इस मामले पर कोई निर्णय नही लिया गया जिससे अवमानना नोटिस जारी कर हाई कोर्ट ने DGP को जवाब देने के लिए कहा है
