आंदोलन के पूर्व ही डीएफओ ने कार्य मे लापरवाही बता निलंबन आदेश जारी कर यह साबित कर दिया कि उनके तानाशाही के आगे किसी का कोई अस्तित्व नही है। वही वन मंडलाधिकारी बैकुंठपुर मनीष कश्यप ने शासकीय कार्य मे लापरवाही के कारण नियमानुसार वन पाल को निलंबित करने की बात मीडिया से कही वही लगाए गए आरोपो को गलत बताया साथ ही शासन के उच्च अधिकारियों को भी इस संबंध में अवगत कराने की बात कही
