बालोद: भ्रष्टाचार के सबूत वार्ड क्रमांक 03 के धरसा रोड पर देखे जा सकते है। शुरू से लेकर आखरी छोर तक बीच से दो भागों में बुरी तरह से फटा हुवा सीमेंट कांक्रीट सड़क खुलेआम हुए खेल की पोल खोल रहा है। बनने के एक डेढ़ साल में ही न के बराबर आवागमन वाला सीमेंट कांक्रीट की सड़क का दम निकल गया है। मामले में जिला योजना समिति के सदस्य और पार्षद नितेश वर्मा ने बताया कि, जल्द ही उच्चस्तरीय शिकायत कर निकाय के

अधिकारी, जवाबदार इंजीनियर व निकाय को आर्थिक हानि पहुंचाने वाले ठेकेदार पर कड़ी कार्रवाई की मांग करेंगे। सदस्य और पार्षद नितेश वर्मा ने बताया कि, 32 लाख 84 हजार रुपये की लागत से बना धरसा रोड से रेल्वे रोड तक तकरीबन एक डेढ़ साल पूर्व बनाई गई सीमेंट कांक्रीट सड़क दम तोड़ चुकी है। इस सड़क का हुलिया देखकर यकीन ही नहीं होता कि ये सड़क एक डेढ़ साल पहले बनाई गई थी। न के बराबर आवागमन वाली यह सड़क शुरू से लेकर आखिर तक तो भागों में फट चुका है। सदस्य और पार्षद नितेश वर्मा ने बताया कि, कम उम्र में दम तोड़ने वाली धरसा रोड की यह सड़क साबित करती है कि, मोटे कमीशन के फेर में गुणवत्ता और नियमों की किस कदर धज्जिया उड़ाई जाती है।

【सितंबर माह 2016 में निकाली गई थी निविदा】:
32 लाख 84 हजार रुपये की लागत से वार्ड क्रमांक 03 में धरसा रोड से रेल्वे रोड तक सीमेंट कांक्रीट सड़क निर्माण कार्य के लिए निविदा निकाली गई थी।

【गुणवत्ता पर नही रखी नजर】:
कागजों में निर्माण का तकनीकी मापदंड उच्चतम क्वालिटी का रखा गया, लेकिन ठेकेदार से काम वैसा नहीं कराया गया। निकाय के इंजीनियरों के द्वारा काम की गुणवत्ता पर नजर नहीं रखी गई।

【जिनकी जवाबदेही, उन्हें सरोकार नहीं】:

जानकारी के मुताबिक सीमेंट कांक्रीट सड़को की आयु 25 वर्ष की होती है। आमतौर पर सीमेंट कांक्रीट सड़क 5 वर्ष तक नहीं टूटनी चाहिए। पांच वर्ष बाद ही मरम्मत की जरूरत पड़ती है।
