कलेक्टर ने शनिवार को पंडरिया विकासखण्ड के वनांचल ग्रामों का सघन दौरा किया

कवर्धा,  कलेक्टर  अवनीश कुमार शरण ने शनिवार को कबीरधाम जिले के आदिवासी व बैगा बाहूल पंडरिया विकासण्ड के सुदूर एवं दूरस्थ विभिन्न वनांचल ग्रामों का सघन दौरा किया। कलेक्टर ने वनांचल ग्राम पंचायत कोदवागोडान, दुल्लापुर, रहमानकांपा, झिगराडोंगरी, खैरडांगरी, भड़गा, माठपुर, कामठी, मुनगाडीह कुई, कुकदूर, कुशमारी और आसपास के अन्य वनांचल ग्रामों का सघन दौरान कर पंचायत एवं ग्रामीण विकास के तहत निर्माण हो रहे रोजगार मूलक निर्माण कार्यों, आदर्श गौठान निर्माण कार्य और विद्युत संधारण कार्यों का अवलोकन किया।

कलेक्टर के साथ जिला पंचायत सीईओ  कुंदन कुमार ने भी निर्माण कार्यों का अवलोकन करते हुए जनपद सीईओ को रोजगारमूलक सभी निर्माण कार्यों को शीघ्र पूरा करने के निर्देश दिए।
कलेक्टर  अवनीश कुमार शरण ने दुल्लापुर ग्राम पंचायत के आश्रित ग्राम गौरकांपा में मॉडल गौठान के निर्माण कार्यों का अवलोकन किया। कलेक्टर ने मॉडल गौठान में मवेशियों के लिए उपलब्ध होने वाले मूलभूत सुविधाओं की जानकारी ली। यहां बताया गया कि छत्तीसगढ़ सरकार की ग्रामीण अजीविका एवं संवर्धन के जुड़े महत्वाकांक्षी योजना नरवा, गरूवा, घुरूवा और बाड़ी योजना के पंडरिया विकासखण्ड़ में

21 ग्राम पंचायतों में गौठान का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। इसके तहत गौरकांपा में एक मॉडल गौठान का निर्माण किया जा रहा है। मॉडल गौठान में गाय, भैसवंशी मवेशियों के लिए उन्हे मूलभूत सुविधाएं देने के लिए पेयजल के लिए कोटना, गर्मियों से बचने के लिए छांव, उनके चारा के लिए उत्तम प्रबंधन किए जा रहे है। मवेशियों के लिए चारा की उत्तम व्यवस्था के लिए गौठान के पास ही लगभग दो एकड़ जमीन में घास लगाई गई है।

यहां मवेशियों को चौबीस घंटे की व्यवस्था हो इसके लिए अलग से बोर खनन किया गया। बोर से सीधा कोटने में पानी भरने की व्यवस्था भी बनाई गई है। यहां चारा कटाई के लिए पैरा कुट्टी मशीन भी लगाई गई है। गोठान से मिलने वाले गोबर से जैविक खाद निर्माण लिए वर्मी कंपोस्ट टांका का निर्माण भी किया गया है। ग्राम सरपंच  कन्हैया यादव ने बताया कि गौरकांपा में लगभग पांच सौ मवेशी है, जिसमें गाय वंशीय जानवरों की संख्या ज्यादा है।

कलेक्टर ने ग्राम सचिव व सरंपच को गौठान को बेहतर ढंग से संचालन हो इसके लिए आवश्यक तैयारियां करने के लिए भी कहा है। कलेक्टर ने इसके अलावा मुनगाडीह के गौठान निर्माण और अन्य रोजागार मूलक निर्माण कार्यों की प्रगति की जानकारी। उन्होने जनपद पंचायत सीईओ को स्वीकृत सभी रोजगार मूलक निर्माण कार्यों को शीघ्र पूरा करने के भी निर्देश दिए।
कलेक्टर ने विद्युत संभाग के अधिकारी को पंडरिया के कुई-ककदूर, कोदवागोदान और बोडला के तरेगांव जंगल, बैजलपुर सहित अन्य वनांचल ग्रामों में चल रहे विद्युत संधारण कार्यों की प्रगति की जानकारी ली और शीघ्र पूरा करने के निर्देश भी दिए। कलेक्टर ने नेउर गांव और मैदान ग्राम पंचायत रौहा में चल रहे विद्युत संधारण कार्यों का अवलोकन भी किया। उन्होने क्षतिग्रस्त विद्युत पोलों को शीघ्र ठीक करने के लिए आवश्यक दिशा-निर्देश दिए। वनांचल ग्रामों के निरीक्षण के दौरान पंडरिया एसडीएम श्री प्रकाश टण्डन, जनपद पंचायत सीईओ श्री नवीन भट्ट एवं पंचायत स्तर के अन्य अधिकारी-कर्मचारी शामिल थे।
