छत्तीसगढ़ संवाद में सूचीबद्ध 48 संस्थानों की निविदा रद्द ,निविदा प्रक्रिया के जाँच के आदेश

रायपुर : प्रदेश की भूपेश बघेल सरकार ने पूर्व सरकार में इम्पेनलमेंट किए गए 48 संस्थानों की निविदा रद्द कर दी. निरस्त की गई 21 निविदाओं के तहत 48 संस्थानें छत्तीसगढ़ संवाद से सूचीबद्ध थे. इन संस्थानों की निविदा प्रकिया को लेकर जांच भी राज्य सरकार ने शुरू कर दी है. इन संस्थानों को दिए गए कुल 85 करोड़ के कार्यों में से 61 करोड़ रुपये का भुगतान किया जा चुका है. राज्य शासन की ओर से शासकीय कार्यों में व्यापक पारदर्शिता लाने और फिजुलखर्ची को रोकने के लिए इन सभी निविदाओं को निरस्त कर दिया गया. छत्तीसगढ़ संवाद का कहना है कि फिलहाल भविष्य में इसका कोई काम नहीं दिख रहा है.

निरस्त की गई 48 फर्मों व एजेन्सियों में से कुछ के कार्यों की वर्तमान में आवश्यकता नही ‘ तथा कुछ फर्मों के कार्यों में प्रारंभिक तौर पर अनियमितता पायी गई है. इसमें एक फर्म की निविदा अक्टूबर 2018 की एक तारीख को स्वीकृत हुई और 6 अक्टूबर को कार्यो का करोड़ों का बिल भी प्रस्तुत कर दिया गया था. इसे देखते हुए 21 निविदाओं के अंतर्गत कार्य करने वाली 48 संस्थाओं की जांच की कार्यवाही की जा रही है.
