कलेक्टर ने जल आवर्धन, पानी ठंकी सहित विभिन्न वार्डों का भ्रमण किया

कवर्धा, कलेक्टर श्री अवनीश कुमार शरण ने मंगलवार को कवर्धा नगर पालिका के सरोधा मार्ग स्थित जलावर्धन प्लांट, पालिका कार्यालय स्थित पानी ठंकी और गोदना रिसार्ट स्थित पानी ठंकी का औचक निरीक्षण किया। कलेक्टर ने तीन अलग-अलग स्थानों से पानी का सैम्पल निकाल कर लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग के लैब से पानी का परीक्षण भी कराया। कलेक्टर ने पहला सरोधा मार्ग स्थित जलावर्धन प्लांट से पानी ठंकी तक पहुंचे वाले पाईप लाईन से पानी की सैम्पल लिया। दूसरा पानी ठंकी से वार्ड तक सप्लाई होने से पहले पानी का सैम्पल लिया।

तीसरा पानी ठंकी से लेकर वार्डों तक आपूर्ति होने वाले पानी का सैम्पल लिया और उनका परीक्षण भी कराया। परीक्षण के दौरान सभी तीनों परीक्षण में पानी में क्लोरिन की मात्रा सही पाए गए। कलेक्टर श्री शरण ने नगर पालिका अधिकारी को कड़े निर्देश देते हुए कहा कि वे पालिका और लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग के अमले से साथ संयुक्त अभियान चलाकर कवर्धा नगर पालिका के सभी 27 वार्डों के पानी की सैम्पल लेकर उनकी नियमित रूप से लैब के माध्यम से परीक्षण कराएं। इसके अलावा वार्डों तक सप्लाई होने वाले सभी पानी ठंकियों का भी सैम्पल लेकर उनका परीक्षण कराए। कलेक्टर श्री शरण ने कहा कि नगर के सभी वार्ड वासियों को शुद्ध पेयजल आपूर्ति कराना पालिका का दायित्व है और वे अपने दायित्वों का पूरी गंभीरता से निर्वहन करें।

कलेक्टर ने ग्रीष्म कालिन में बरसात से पहले सभी पानी ठंकियों का विशेष सफाई अभियान चलाने और जो पानी ठंकी की सफाई हो गई है उन पानी ठंकियों से पानी सैम्पल लेकर नियमित रूप से परीक्षण करने और आवश्यकतानुसार उन पानी ठंकियों में क्लोरिन पाउडर का घोल बना कर पानी की शु़द्धता बनाए रखने के निर्देश दिए। कवर्धा नगर पालिका अधिकारी श्री सिगरौल ने बताया कलेक्टर के निर्देशानुसार बुधवार को पालिका और लोक स्वास्थ्य यांत्रिकी विभाग द्वारा संयुक्त अभियान चलाकर पालिका के विभिन्न वार्डों से पहुंचकर वहां से पानी की सैम्पल लिया गया और उनका परीक्षण किया गया।
