यूपी में निकलेगी बीजेपी की हवा, 42 सीटें जीत सकता है SP-BSP गठबंधन: सर्वे

नई दिल्ली : एबीपी न्यूज और सर्वे एजेंसी नीलसन के सर्वे के मुताबिक, लोकसभा चुनाव में भारतीय जनता पार्टी (बीजेपी) को उत्तर प्रदेश में तगड़ा झटका लग सकता है। सर्वे के मुताबिक, प्रदेश की 80 में से बीजेपी को सिर्फ 36 सीटों पर जीत मिल सकती है। वहीं, समाजवादी पार्टी (एसपी), बहुजन समाज पार्टी (बीएसपी) और राष्ट्रीय लोकदल (आरएलडी) गठबंधन को 42 सीटें मिलने का अनुमान है। कांग्रेस को सिर्फ दो सीटें मिलने की संभावना जताई जा रही है।
गौरतलब है कि 2014 के लोकसभा चुनाव में बीजेपी गठबंधन को 80 में से 73 सीटों पर जीत मिली थी। हालांकि, इस सर्वे में भी बीजेपी के वोट प्रतिशत में कोई खासा असर नहीं पड़ रहा है। 2014 के लोकसभा चुनाव में उसे 43.3 पर्सेंट वोट मिले थे, जबकि सर्वे के मुताबिक, 2019 में उसे 43 पर्सेंट वोट मिल सकते हैं। गठबंधन को कुल 42 फीसदी वोट मिलने के आसार हैं।

 नहीं चलेगा प्रियंका गांधी का जादू!

यूपी में कांग्रेस ने प्रियंका गांधी को लॉन्च करके अपना दमखम लगाने की कोशिश की है। हालांकि, एबीपी-नीलसन सर्वे के मुताबिक कांग्रेस को यूपी में इसका कोई फायदा नहीं मिलने वाला है। सर्वे की मानें तो कांग्रेस अमेठी और रायबरेली के अलावा किसी और सीट पर नहीं जीत पाएगी। हालांकि, उसके वोट प्रतिशत में मामूली बढ़ोतरी देखी जा सकती है।

 बीजेपी के लिए असली टेंशन यह है

सर्वे में बीजेपी को सिर्फ 36 सीटें मिलती दिखाई जा रही हैं। बीजेपी के लिए मुश्किल यह भी है कि सर्वे में केंद्रीय मंत्री मनोज सिन्हा और प्रदेश सरकार में मंत्री रीता बहुगुणा जोशी के चुनाव हारने की संभावना जताई जा रही है। मनोज सिन्हा फिलहाल गाजीपुर से सांसद हैं और रीता बहुगुणा जोशी इलाहाबाद लोकसभा सीट से चुनाव मैदान में हैं।

12 सीटों पर होगा महामुकाबला

लोकसभा चुनाव के लिए सीटों पर उम्मीदवारों का ऐलान जारी है। इस बार उत्तर प्रदेश, बिहार और उत्तराखंड की ऐसी कई सीटें हैं जहां मुकाबला दिलचस्प होने वाला है। इन तीनों ही राज्यों में 2014 चुनाव में बीजेपी ने विपक्ष का सूपड़ा साफ कर दिया था लेकिन इस बार बिहार में महागठबंधन और यूपी में एसपी-बीएसपी-आरएलडी के गठबंधन की बदौलत इन सीटों पर बीजेपी के उम्मीदवार को कड़ी टक्कर मिलने वाली है। एक नजर इन सीटों पर-

सीट-अमेठी, चुनाव- 6 मई

यूं तो अमेठी कांग्रेस का गढ़ है और गठबंधन भी यहां से अपना उम्मीदवार नहीं उतार रहा है, फिर भी अमेठी में इस बार मुकाबला कांटे का होगा। कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी के खिलाफ बीजेपी ने स्मृति इरानी को यहां से टिकट दिया है। स्मृति ने 2014 में भी इसी सीट से राहुल के खिलाफ चुनाव लड़ा था और उन्हें मात भी मिली थी लेकिन उसके बाद से वह अमेठी में काफी सक्रिय रही हैं। दूसरी ओर राहुल यहां से 3 बार सांसद रह चुके हैं।

सीट- मुजफ्फरनगर, चुनाव-11 अप्रैल

राष्ट्रीय लोकदल (आरएलडी) नेता अजित सिंह पहली बार मुजफ्फरनगर से चुनाव लडऩे जा रहे हैं। यह सीट जाट बाहुल्य सीट है जो कि आरएलडी का वोटबैंक भी है। वहीं बीजेपी ने यहां से मौजूदा सांसद संजीव बालियान को टिकट दिया है। मुजफ्फरनगर दंगों के बाद 2014 में हुए चुनाव में ध्रुवीकरण और मोदी लहर में यहां से संजीव बालियान जीत गए थे लेकिन इस बार उनके सामने अजित सिंह के रूप में कड़ी चुनौती होगी। एसपी-बीएसपी गठबंधन के साथ अजित सिंह यहां से जाट, मुस्लिम और दलितों के समीकरण को लेकर अपनी जीत का ताना-बाना बुन रहे हैं।

सीट- बागपत, चुनाव-11 अप्रैल

आरएलडी का गढ़ माने जाने वाली पश्चिमी यूपी की बागपत सीट से पहली बार जयंत चौधरी चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं। इस सीट से उनके पिता अजित सिंह को बीजेपी के सत्यपाल सिंह से 2014 में मात मिली थी। ऐसे में जयंत के सामने इस सीट पर अपने परिवार का खोया हुआ विश्वास लौटाने की चुनौती होगी। बीजेपी ने इस बार भी मौजूदा सांसद सत्यपाल सिंह को ही टिकट दिया है।

सीट- अमरोहा, चुनाव-18 अप्रैल

यूपी की अमरोहा सीट पर इस बार त्रिकोणीय मुकाबला देखने को मिलेगा। यहां से मौजूदा बीजेपी सांसद कंवरसिंह तंवर को इस बार इस सीट दानिश अली से कड़ी चुनौती मिल सकती है। दानिश हाल ही में बीएसपी में शामिल हुए हैं। इसके अलावा कांग्रेस ने यहां से राशिद अल्वी को टिकट दिया है। अमरोहा में 20 फीसदी से ज्यादा मुस्लिम आबादी है। इसके अलावा यहां दलित, सैनी और जाट समुदाय के लोग भी हैं।

सीट-फिरोजाबाद, चुनाव- 23 अप्रैल

उत्तर प्रदेश के यादव परिवार का झगड़ा इस बार लोकसभा चुनाव में फिरोजाबाद सीट पर और ज्यादा साफ नजर आएगा। फिरोजाबाद से इस बार एसपी संरक्षक मुलायम सिंह यादव के भाई शिवपाल यादव अपनी प्रगतिशील समाजवादी पार्टी से चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं। उनके खिलाफ एसपी ने राम गोपाल यादव के बेटे अक्षय यादव को मैदान में उतारा है। पुराने वोटरों और जमीनी कार्यकर्ताओं के बीच पैठ रखने वाले शिवपाल अपने भतीजे को कड़ी टक्कर देते नजर आएंगे।

सीट- बदायूं, चुनाव-23 अप्रैल

बदाऊं सीट समाजवादी पार्टी का गढ़ मानी जाती है और यहां से पिछले 6 चुनाव में पार्टी का सांसद चुना गया है। हालांकि इस बार मुलायम सिंह यादव के भतीजे और मौजूदा सांसद धर्मेंद्र यादव के लिए यहां से जीतना इतना आसान नहीं होगा। उनके खिलाफ बीजेपी ने सवर्णों और गैर-यादव वोटरों को लुभाने के लिए यूपी के मंत्री स्वामी प्रसाद मौर्य की बेटी संघमित्रा को टिकट दिया है। वहीं कांग्रेस ने पूर्व एसपी नेता और इस सीट से चार बार सांसद रह चुके सलीम शेरवानी को टिकट दिया है।

सीट- बेगूसराय, चुनाव- 29 अप्रैल

इस बार लोकसभा चुनाव में बिहार की बेगूसराय सीट पर दिलचस्प मुकाबला होने वाला है। यहां केंद्रीय मंत्री गिरिराज सिंह के खिलाफ सीपीआई ने जेएनयू के छात्र संघ के पूर्व अध्यक्ष कन्हैया कुमार को टिकट दिया है। यह सीट सीपीआई का मजबूत गढ़ मानी जाती है और कन्हैया को महागठबंधन का समर्थन भी मिल सकता है।

सीट- जमुई, चुनाव- 11 अप्रैल

जमुई सीट से मौजूदा सांसद चिराग पासवान को इस बार आरएलएसपी के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष भूदेव चौधरी से इस सीट से कड़ी टक्कर मिलेगी। भूदेव इस सीट से 2009 में जेडी (यू) के टिकट से जीत चुके हैं। इस बार वह यहां से दलितों और ओबीसी वोट बैंक के समीकरण को मजबूत करने के प्रयास में हैं तो वहीं पासवान दलितों और सवर्ण दोनों वोटरों पर नजर बनाए हुए हैं।

सीट- गया, चुनाव -11 अप्रैल

बीजेपी ने एनडीए गठबंधन के तहत अपनी इस सीट को जेडी (यू) के खाते में दिया है और इस वजह से यहां से मौजूदा सांसद हरि मांझी चुनाव नहीं लड़ रहे हैं। इस सीट से महागठबंधन के प्रत्याशी और पूर्व सीएम जीतनराम मांझी के सामने जेडी (यू) से विजय मांझी होंगे। पिछले चुनाव में इस सीट पर जेडी (यू) के टिकट से चुनाव लडऩे के बाद जीतनराम तीसरे नंबर पर आए थे। इस बार मांझी अपनी पार्टी (॥्ररू) से चुनाव लड़ रहे हैं और मजबूत दावेदार हैं।

सीट- पूर्णिया, चुनाव- 18 अप्रैल

पूर्णिया उन दो सीटों में से एक है जहां से 2014 में जेडी (यू) ने मोदी लहर के बावजूद जीत दर्ज की थी। हालांकि इस बार समीकरण बदले हुए हैं। 2014 में इस सीट से बीएसपी के टिकट से लडऩे वाले उदय सिंह इस बार कांग्रेस के उम्मीदवार हैं। उदय इस सीट से बीजेपी के प्रत्याशी संतोष कुशवाहा को कड़ी टक्कर दे सकते हैं।

सीट- गढ़वाल, चुनाव- 11 अप्रैल

उत्तराखंड की गढ़वाल सीट में इस बार मुकाबला दिलचस्प होने वाला है। हाल ही में कांग्रेस में शामिल हुए बीजेपी सांसद और पूर्व सीएम बीसी खंडूरी के बेटे मनीष खंडूरी को पार्टी ने यहां से उम्मीदवार बनाया है। उनके सामने बीजेपी ने खंडूरी के शिष्य माने जाने वाले तीरथ सिंह रावत को उतारा है। बीसी खंडूरी इस सीट से 5 बार सांसद रह चुके हैं और इस बार उनके बेटे इस सीट से लड़ाई को नया आयाम दे रहे हैं। दोनों ही उम्मीदवारों का दावा है कि उन्हें बीसी खंडूरी का आशीर्वाद मिला हुआ है।

सीट-नैनीताल, चुनाव- 11 अप्रैल

बीजेपी ने 2017 के विधानसभा चुनाव में नैनीताल की 14 में से 12 सीटों पर जीत दर्ज की थी। इस लिहाज से बीजेपी के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष अजय भट्ट के लिए यहां से लड़ाई उतनी कठिन नहीं है लेकिन कांग्रेस के यहां से हरीश रावत को टिकट देने से मुकाबला दिलचस्प हो गया है। हरीश रावत राजपूत वोटरों पर मजबूत पकड़ रखते हैं। इस सीट से मौजूदा सांसद बीएस कोश्यारी को टिकट न देने से बीजेपी से नाराज भी हैं।

पश्चिमी यूपी- 27 सीटें
बीजेपी को सबसे पहला झटका पश्चिमी उत्तर प्रदेश से लग सकता है। यहां की कुल 27 सीटों से बीजेपी के पाले में मात्र 12 सीटें जाती दिख रही हैं। वहीं, एसपी-बीएसपी-आरएलडी को इसमें से 15 सीटों पर जीत मिलने के आसार हैं। कांग्रेस का यहां खाता नहीं खुलता दिखाई दे रहा है। गौतमबुद्ध नगर से सांसद और केंद्रीय मंत्री महेश शर्मा भी चुनाव हार सकते हैं।

बीजेपी जीत सकती है– सहारनपुर, मुजफ्फरनगर, गाजियाबाद, बुलंदशहर, अलीगढ़, हाथरस, मथुरा, आगरा, फतेहपुर सीकरी, बरेली, शाहजहांपुर और पीलीभीत
गठबंधन जीत सकता है– कैराना, बिजनौर, नगीना, मुरादाबाद, रामपुर, संभल, अमरोहा, मेरठ, बागपत, गौतमबुद्ध नगर, फिरोजाबाद, मैनपुरी, एटा, बदायूं और आंवला

 अवध- 23 सीटें
अवध की 23 सीटों पर मामला 50-50 का लग रहा है। सर्वे के मुताबिक, बीजेपी को 11, गठबंधन को 10 और दो सीटों (अमेठी, रायबरेली) पर कांग्रेस को जीत मिल सकती है। सुलतानपुर सीट से केंद्रीय मंत्री मेनका गांधी चुनाव जीत सकती हैं।

बीजेपी जीत सकती है– धौरहरा, लखनऊ, उन्नाव, लखनऊ, सुलतानपुर, इटावा, कानपुर, अकबरपुर, बाराबंकी, फैजाबाद, गोंडा, कैसरगंज।
गठबंधन जीत सकता है– खीरी, हरदोई, सीतापुर, मोहनलालगंज, मिश्रिख, फर्रूखाबाद, कन्नौज, आंबेडकरनगर, बहराइच और श्रावस्ती।
कांग्रेस जीत सकती है– रायबरेली और अमेठी।

पूर्वांचल- 26 सीटें
बीजेपी का गढ़ माने जा रहे पूर्वांचल की 26 सीटों पर उसे तगड़ा झटका मिल सकता है। सर्वे के मुताबिक, गठबंधन को यहां 15 सीटों पर जीत मिल सकती है और बीजेपी को सिर्फ 11 सीटों पर संतोष करना पड़ सकता है। मीरजापुर सीट से अनुप्रिया पटेल, वाराणसी से नरेंद्र मोदी चुनाव जीत सकते हैं। वहीं, गाजीपुर से मनोज सिन्हा और इलाहाबाद से रीता बहुगुणा जोशी चुनाव हार सकती हैं।

बीजेपी जीत सकती है– प्रतापगढ़, महाराजगंज, कुशीनगर, देवरिया, सलेमपुर, बांसगांव, जौनपुर, मछलीशहर, वाराणसी, मीरजापुर और रॉबर्ट्सगंज।
गठबंधन जीत सकता है– भदोही, चंदौली, गाजीपुर, बलिया, घोसी, आजमगढ़, लालगंज, गोरखपुर, संत कबीरनगर, बस्ती, डुमिरयागंज, इलाहाबाद, फूलपुर, कौशांबी, फतेहपुर

 बुंदेलखंड- 4 सीटें
बुंदेलखंड की चार सीटों पर मामला बराबरी को होने की उम्मीद है। सर्वे के मुताबिक, हमीरपुर और बांदा सीट पर गठबंधन तो जालौन और झांसी से बीजेपी को जीत मिल सकती है। बता दें कि झांसी से वर्तमान सांसद उमा भारती इस बार चुनाव नहीं लड़ रही हैं।
