रायपुर : जम्मू कश्मीर से आईएएस के टॉपर रहे शाह फैजल ने इस्तीफा दे दिया है इसके पीछे कारण ही है बताया जा रहा है कि वे कांग्रेस की ओर से आगामी लोकसभा चुनाव में बारामुला की सीट से चुनाव लड़ने वाले हैं। अब देखना यह है की शाह फैजल की किस्मत कैसी रहती है।

2010 बैच के टॉपर रहे शाह फैसल ने सोमवार को कांग्रेस की सदस्यता ली। इस युवा चेहरे की नजर बारामुला लोकसभा सीट पर है। पार्टी जॉइन करने से 1 दिन पहले उन्होंने वॉलंटरी रिटायरमेंट के लिए आवेदन दिया था। इस्तीफा स्वीकार होने के बाद वे कांग्रेस में शामिल हुए। सिविल सर्विस एग्जाम क्लियर करने वाले पर पहले से कश्मीरी थे जिन्होंने इस परीक्षा में टॉप किया था। आईएस ज्वाइन करने के बाद वह कश्मीर घाटी में स्कूली शिक्षा के डायरेक्टर नियुक्त किए गए थे।
