कवर्धा, अनुविभागीय अधिकारी  प्रकाश टण्डन ने पंडरिया तहसील के पटवारी हल्क क्रमांक 54 रैतापारा के पटवारी तिलकचन्द्र कोसले को आज तत्काल प्रभाव से निलंबित कर दिया है। निलंबन अवधि में उनका मुख्यालय पंडरिया नियम किया गया है, उन्हे जीवन निर्वाह भत्ते की पात्रता होगी। पंडरिया तहसीलदार द्वारा 25 जून को आकास्मिक निरीक्षण किया गया। आकास्मिक निरीक्षण के दौरान पटवारी तिलकचन्द्र कोसले अनाधिकृत रूप से अनुपस्थित पाए। निलंबन आदेश में बताया गया कि पटवारी का यह कृत्य शासकीय कार्य के प्रति घोर लापरवाही एवं स्वेच्छाचारिता को दर्शाता है। उनका यह कृत्य छत्तीसगढ़ सिविल सेव आचारण नियम 1965 के नियम 03 के विपरित है।
