क्रिकेट प्रतियोगिता में वनाचंल क्षेत्र के कुल 24 टीमों ने लिया हिस्सा।
पुलिस अधीक्षक डाॅ लाल उमेद सिंह, जीवन में मानसिक बोझ और शारीरिक थकान को कम करने का एक मात्र साधन है खेल।
कवर्धा  ःःडाॅं लाल उमेद सिंह, पुलिस अधीक्षक कबीरधाम के निर्देषन एवं अनुविभागीय अधिकारी बोड़ला अजीत ओगरे के दिषा-निर्देष में थाना प्रभारी चिल्फी निरीक्षक राकेष लकड़ा के द्वारा कम्युनिटी पुलिसिंग के तहत थाना क्षेत्रांतर्गत ग्राम सुवापानी (बहनाखोदरा) मेे दिनांक 13.05.2019 को क्रिकेट प्रतियोगिता का शुभांरभ किया गया था। उक्त प्रतियोगिता में वनांचल ग्राम के 24 टीमों क्रमषः ग्राम सुवापानी, बहनाखोदरा, सिवनी ए टीम, सिवनी बी टीम, पिपराटोला, सिंघनपुरी, साल्हेवारा, चिल्फी ए टीम, चिल्फी बी टीम, शीतलपानी, बरटोला, झलमला, पटुवा, मुड़वाही, जामुनपानी, प्रभूझोल, मारडाबरा, लूप, मटियाडोंगरी,

धवईपानी, राजाधार, अक्ललधरिया, दुलदुला के टीमो ने भाग लिया। प्रतियोगिता की प्रतिस्पर्धा में ग्राम साल्हेवारा और ग्राम बहनाखोदरा की टीम फाईनल में पहूंची। जिसका फाईनल मैच एवं प्रतियोगिता का समापन दिनंाक 20.05.2019 को किया गया। फाईनल मैच में उत्कृष्ठ खेल का प्रदर्षन करते हुये ग्राम साल्हेवारा की टीम को विजय प्राप्त हुआ तथा इसी कड़ी में द्वितीय स्थान पर ग्राम बहनाखोदरा की टीम एवं तृतीय स्थान पर सुवापानी की टीम रही।

क्रिकेट प्रतियोगिता के समापन समारोह में पुलिस अधीक्षक डाॅ लाल उमेद सिंह के द्वारा प्रतियोगिता में भाग लिये सभी टीमों एवं ग्राम वासियों को जीवन में खेल के महत्व को विस्तारपूर्वक बताये। खेल प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के जीवन का एक हिस्सा है, और यह उतना ही जरूरी है जितना शरीर के लिये भोजन जिस प्रकार शरीर को नई ऊर्जा देने के लिये भोजन की आवष्यकता पढ़ती है, उतना ही ऊर्जा और ताजगी खेल शरीर को देता है। जीवन में मानसिक बोझ और शारीरिक थकान को हल्का करने का एक मात्र साधन है।

तो वह खेल है। और यह खेल हमारे शारीरिक क्रियाकलापो से जुड़ा हो। ये बेहद जरूरी है। अधिकतर आज के दौर में यदि मनोरंजन की बात आती है तो केवल टीवी, मोबाईल और कम्पयुट, को मुख्य साधन माना जाता है। जिससे केवल दिमाग कुछ समय के लिये थकता है, इससे शरीर को किसी प्रकार का कोई लाभ नही मिलता कहा गया। साथ ही यह भी जानकारी दिया गया कि इस प्रकार का आयोजन जिले के सभी थानों में समय समय पर कराया जा रहा है, जिसका उदेष्य मात्र एक है कि जनता और

पुलिस को आपस में जोडे रखना, ताकि हर प्रकार से आम जनो को भयमुक्त, अपराध मुक्त, नषा मुक्त, पुलिस से मधुर संबंध स्थापित कर आम लोगो के बीच सरलता से पहुंचा जा सके और षासन प्रषासन के नियमों कि जानकारी जन जन तक पहुंचाई जा सके। साथ ही यातायात के नियमों को विस्तारपूर्वक समझाया गया

और हम सब को इन नियम का पालन करना चाहिये ताकि वाहन दूर्घटनाओं से बचा जा सके। धोखाधडी से बचने और धोखाधडी करने वाले असामाजिक तत्वों से दुर रहने तथा उनके रोकथाम के उपाय सभी को बताया गया। तथा प्रतियोगिता में भाग लिये सभी टीमों को शुभकमनाएं दिये व प्रथम विजेता टीम साल्हेवारा को नगद 5000/ रु तथा षील्ड, व्दितीय विजेता टीम बहनाखोदरा को नगद 2500/ रु तथा षील्ड, तृतीय विजेता टीम सुवापानी 1000/रु का नगद व षील्ड, एवं प्रतियोगिता में भाग लिये सभी टीम को सांत्वना पुरस्कार से पुरस्कृत कर पुलिस अधीक्षक डाॅ लाल उमेद सिंह , के द्वारा उपस्थित सभी खिलाड़ी एवं ग्राम वासियो को अभार व्यक्त कर

सभी टीमों को शुभकमनाएं दिये और अधिक संख्या में उपस्थित ग्राम वासियों को थाना प्रभारी चिल्फी निरीक्षक राकेष लकड़ा तथा थाना स्टाप व्दारा स्वल्पाहार करा कर किसी भी प्रकार के समस्या होने पर तत्काल पुलिस को थाना आकर या दुरभाष के माध्यम से सुचित करने कहा गया। इस अवसर पर अनुविभागीय अधिकारी बोड़ला अजीत कुमार ओगरे, चिल्फी थाना प्रभारी राजेष लकड़ा ,एवं ग्राम प्रमुख रामचंद मरकाम, रामचरण यादव, समयलाल बैगा, विपत अगरिया, फेरहू यादव, अजीत मेरावी, दर्षन कुर्रे थाना चिल्फी के स्टाप, प्रतियोगिता में भाग लिये सभी टीम के खिलाडी तथा अधिक संख्या में ग्रामवासी, उपस्थित रहे।
