कवर्धा, कबीर काांंति         भुईयां सॉफ्टवेयर के वर्तमान वर्जन में जोड़े गए नवीन विकल्प छत्तीसगढ़ भू-राजस्व संहिता एवं भू-अभिलेख नियमावली के प्रविधान के अधीन ही है। खसरा के कॉलम एक से चार जिसके अंतर्गत खसरा नंबर, रकबा, भूस्वामी का नाम, शासकीय पट्टेदार संबंधी प्रविष्टियां हैं, इनमें किसी भी खसरा नंबर से संबंधित डेटा में संशोधन का प्रावधान समाप्त नहीं किया गया है, बल्कि डेटा में संशोधन के पूर्व सक्षम राजस्व अधिकारी की स्वीकृति प्राप्त कर आवश्यक सुधार किया जा सकता है।

कबीरधाम भू-अभिलेख के प्रभारी अधिकारी एवं डिप्टी कलेक्टर श्री अनिल सिदार ने बताया कि पटवारी अपनी आई.डी. से लुप्त खसरों का संकलन एवं भूस्वामी रहित खसरों में डाटा प्रविष्टि के लिए स्वतंत्र है, इसके लिए सक्षम अधिकारी की स्वीकृति की आवश्यकता नहीं है, साथ ही सॉफ्टवेयर के खसरा मेनू में कैफियत संशोधन विकल्प के द्वारा पूर्व के केफियत को परिवर्तन कर नई कैफियत की प्रविष्टि कर सकते हैं।
