बालोद / प्रदेश में शराब दुकान की शासकीय कारण होने के बाद जिले के दर्जनभर देसी शराब दुकानों में मंदिरापान के शौकीन लोगों की जेब से करोड़ो रुपयों का डाला गया है डाका, वही इस मामले में जिला आबकारी अधिकारी, कर्मचारी सहित सुपरवाईजर पर कई सवाल खड़े हो रहे, पिछले कई बार मंदिरा प्रेमियों और खबरनवीसों द्वारा जिला अधिकारी को इस मामले को लेकर जानकारी दी गई थी, बावजूद इसके अधिकारी द्वारा इस मामले में मौन धारण कर अवैध उगाई को मौन सहमती प्रदान करते रहे, कबिर क्रांति के द्वारा जिला आबकारी अधिकारी से जिले के मंदिरा दुकानों द्वारा देशी शराब बोतल विक्रय की जानकारी मांगी गई थी, जिसपर अधिकारी द्वारा लगातार जानकारी देने से कतराते रहे, आरटीआर कार्यकर्ता द्वारा सुचना के अधिकार के तहत निकाली गई जानकारी के मुताबित जिला मुख्यायल स्थित मंदिरा दूकान से 1 जनवरी 2018 से लेकर 31 मार्च 2019 तक 33लाख640 देशी शराब की बोतले बिक्री की गई थी, जिसपर अधिकारी, कर्मचारी से मिली भगतकर मंदिरा प्रेमियों से प्रत्येक बोतल के पीछे 20 रुपये अतिरिक्त राशी की उगाही की गई, इस तरह पन्द्रह माह में मंदिरा प्रेमियों से जिला मुख्यालय स्थित मदिरा दुकान से 66लाख 12हजार 800 रुपये अवैध उगाई की गई, मदिरा प्रेमियों की माने तो तात्कालिक भाजपा सरकार द्वारा मदिरा दुकानों का सरकारी कारण किये जाने के बाद से देशी शराब की बोतल का सरकारी रेट 180 रुपये किया गया था, लेकिन अधिकारी कर्मचारियों द्वारा मिलीभगत कर 180 रुपये की जगह 200 रुपये में बेचा गया, इस तरह प्रयेक बोतल के पीछे 20 रुपये उगाही की गई, मदिरा दुकान में कार्य कर रहे एक सेल्शमेन द्वारा कबिर क्रांति को जानकारी दी गई की वर्तमान में मंदिरा की दरें बढ़ने के पूर्व योगेश निर्मलकर द्वारा कहे जाने पर ही 180 रुपये में बेचे जाने वाली देशी शराब की बोतल को 200 रुपये गया, यह तो सिर्फ जिला मुख्यालय स्थित एक ही मदिरा दुकान की अवैध उगाई का मामला है, इस तरह जिले में लगभग 12 देशी मदिरा दुकान संचालित है, इससे अंदाजा लगया जा सकता है की जिले में दिगर मदिरा दुकानों में मंदिरा प्रेमियों से 15 माह में न जाने प्रति बोतल 20 रुपये की दर से कितनो की अवैध उगाही की गयी होगी,

वही मदिरा प्रेमियों से की गयी अवैध उगाही को लेकर कबीर क्रांति द्वारा 1 अप्रेल को खबर प्रकाशित किया गया था, लेकिन भ्रस्ट अधिकारी कर्मचारी की जड़े इतना मजबूत है कि आज तलक उन भ्रस्ट कर्मचारियों पर कोई कार्यवाही नही की गई,
