कवर्धा, कबीर क्रांति ःः छत्तीसगढ़ के कबीरधाम जिले में हरियर छत्तीसगढ़ कार्यक्रम के तहत 92 हजार मुनगा के पौधे लगाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। जिले के पांच शासकीय नर्सरियों में 92 हजार मुनगा के पौधे रोपण के लिए तैयार कर लिया गया है। कवर्धा विकास खण्ड के शासकीय उद्यान रोपणी कुटू में 20 हजार मुनगा के पौधे, बोडला विकासखण्ड के शासकीय उद्यान रोपणी लालपुर में 20 हजार मुनगा के पौधे, पंडरिया विकासखण्ड के शासकीय उद्यान रोपणी मोहतरा में 20 हजार मुनगा के पौधे,सहसपुर लोहरा विकासखण्ड के शासकीय रोपणी रणजीतपुर में 20 हजार मुनगा के पौधे और हाईटेक रोपणी सहिला में 12 हजार मुनका के पौधे तैयार है।

मानसून आने के बाद जिले में एक बड़े अभियान के रूप सभी आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों, स्कूल, आश्रम, छात्रावास, स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों के आसपास खाली भूखंडों में मुनगा के पौधे लगाएं जाएगे। जिले में छत्तीसगढ़ की चार चिन्हारी नरवा, गरूवा, घुरूवा और बाड़ी योजना के तहत पौधा रोपण को जोड़ा गया है। इसके तहत जिले के किसानों को उनके बाड़ी विकास के लिए तथा उनके खेतों के मेड़ों में मुनगा के पौधे लगाने के लिए निःशुल्क वितरण किया जाएगा।
कलेक्टर श्री अवनीश कुमार शरण ने सभी जनपद पंचायत सीईओ, महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग, शिक्षा विभाग, आदिम जाति विकास विभाग और स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारियों को पौधा रोपण के लिए मानसून से पहले तैयारी करने के निर्देश दिए है। उनहोने बताया कि जिले के सभी आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रों, स्कूल, आश्रम, छात्रावास, स्वास्थ्य केन्द्रों के आसपास खाली भूखंडों में 40 हजार मुनगा के पौधे लगाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है।

मुनगा पौधा रोपण अभियान के तहत जिले के सभी गर्भवती, प्रसुता माताओं और कुपोषित बच्चों को भी जोड़ा गया है। इसके तहत पंजीकृत गर्भवती माताओं और संस्थाग प्रसुता माताओं को उनके बाड़ी में मुनगा के पौधे लगाने के लिए निःशुल्क वितरण किया जाएगा। महिला एवं बाल विकास विभाग द्वारा आंगनबाड़ी केन्द्रो में चिन्हांकित कुपोषित बच्चों के समुचित विकास के लिए भी उनके घरों में मुनगा के पौधे लगाने का लक्ष्य रखा गया है। इसके लिए उनके अभिभावकों को प्रेरित किया जाएगा। इसके अलावा जिले के किसानों को उनके बाड़ी विकास के लिए तथा उनके खेतों के मेड़ में मुनगा के पौधे लगाने के लिए निःशुल्क वितरण किया जाएगा।
इसके लिए संबंधित जनपद पंचायत सीईओ को निर्देशित किया गया है। जिले के गौठान के पास विकसित किए जा रहे चारे वाले हिस्सें के आसपास भी मुनगा के पौधे लगाएं जाएंगे। उल्लेखनीय है कि हरियर छत्त्तीसगढ़ कार्यक्रम के तहत पूरे जिले में 4 लाख 25 हजार पौध लगाने के लक्ष्य रखा गया हैं।
