राजद्रोह संबंधी धारा हटना भाजपा की जीत
रायपुर। भारतीय जनता पार्टी ने राजनांदगांव जिले के मुसरा (डोंगरगढ़) निवासी मांगेलाल अग्रवाल और महासमुंद निवासी वेब मोर्चा (न्यूज पोर्टल) के संचालक पत्रकार दिलीप शर्मा की गिरफ्तारी को प्रदेश सरकार का बौखलाहट भरा घोर अलोकतांत्रिक कदम बताया है। पार्टी ने इन गिरफ्तारियों पर कड़ा एतराज जताया है। दोपहर बाद प्रदेश सरकार द्वारा राजद्रोह संबंधी धारा हटाए जाने को पार्टी ने लोकतंत्र की रक्षा के लिए भाजपा की प्रतिबध्दता की जीत बताया है।
भाजपा के प्रदेश अध्यक्ष विक्रम उसेंडी ने प्रदेश सरकार पर आरोप लगाया कि बिजली कटौती को लेकर पूरा प्रदेश हाहाकर कर रहा है। प्रदेश सरकार बजाय इस अव्यवस्था को दूर करने के इस मुद्दे पर टिप्पणी करने और समाचार लिखने पर पाबंदी लगाने के लिए नितांत अलोकतांत्रिक कदम उठाने पर आमादा हो गई है। यह प्रदेश सरकार अपनी कमियां बताने पर विचलित और असहिष्णु नजर आ रही है और प्रदेश में आतंकराज स्थापित करने की दिशा में बढ़ रही है। श्री उसेंडी ने कहा कि मांगेलाल अग्रवाल और दिलीप शर्मा को राजद्रोह और सरकार के खिलाफ दुष्प्रचार करने के आरोप में गिरफ्तार करके प्रदेश सरकार ने साबित कर दिया कि उन्हें सरकार चलाने और प्रशासन को साधने की समझ ही नहीं है और लोकसभा चुनाव की शर्मनाक पराजय की खीझ अब इस तरह उतारी जा रही है।
भाजपा प्रदेश अध्यक्ष श्री उसेंडी ने कहा कि अपने वेब पोर्टल पर समाचार प्रेषित करने वाले दिलीप शर्मा को तो आधी रात घर से उठाकर गिरफ्तार किया गया। यह प्रदेश सरकार जब से सत्ता में आई है, राजनीतिक प्रतिशोध के साथ-साथ अब अभिव्यक्ति की आजादी को लहूलुहान करने पर उतारू हो गई है। दरअसल कांग्रेस का राजनीतिक चरित्र ही यही है और सत्ता में आने के बाद वह हर बार इसका परिचय देती रहती है। लोकसभा चुनाव में मुंह की खाने के बाद प्रदेश के मुख्यमंत्री भूपेश बघेल बदहवास-से नजर आ रहे हैं। पहले उन्होंने बिजली के मुद्दे पर अपनी नाकामी छिपाने के लिए बिजली अमले को भाजपा का एजेंट बता दिया और अब राजद्रोह का आरोप लगाते हुए गिरफ्तारी करके वे तानाशाही और आतंकराज कायम करने की दिशा में बढ़ रहे हैं। राजद्रोह सम्बंधी जिस धारा को कांग्रेस ने खत्म करने का वादा अपने लोकसभा चुनाव घोषणापत्र में किया था उसी धारा का उपयोग करते हुए छत्तीसगढ़ की कांग्रेस सरकार ने लोकतंत्र को कुचलने का इरादा अमल में लाया था।
श्री उसेंडी ने कहा कि भाजपा प्रदेश सरकार के इस फैसले के खिलाफ सड़क से सदन तक की लड़ाई की चेतावनी के बाद सरकार को आनन-फानन में राजद्रोह संबंधी धारा हटाने का निर्णय लेने के लिए विवश होना पड़ा। भाजपा अभिव्यक्ति के लोकतांत्रिक अधिकार की हर कीमत पर रक्षा करेगी।
