भाजपा की सहयोगी रहीं महबूबा बोलीं, धारा 370 हमारी पहचान

जम्मू कश्मीर : भाजपा की जम्मू कश्मीर की सत्ता में तीन साल तक हिस्सेदार रहीं पीडीपी की नेता और पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री महबूबा मुफ्ती ने भाजप प्रमुख अमित शाह के धरा ३७० पर दिए ब्यान के जवाब में कहा है कि यदि धारा ३७० हटी तो ”मेरे हाथों में भी तिरंगा नहीं रहेगा”।
शाह ने दो दिन पहले ही कहा था कि अगले साल तक ही धरा ३७० को ख़त्म करने की डेडलाइन है। इस पर बुधवार को दो साल तक भाजपा के सहयोग से जम्मू कश्मीर की मुख्यमंत्री रहीं महबूबा मुफ्ती ने कहा कि ऐसा है तो जम्मू कश्मीर भारत का हिस्सा नहीं रहेगा। महबूबा ने बुधवार को ही लोकसभा चुनाव के लिए नामांकन भी दाखिल कर दिया। मुफ्ती ने कहा कि अगर अमित शाह अनुच्छेद ३७० या ३५ए की डेडलाइन तय कर रहे हैं, तो जम्मू-कश्मीर की जनता के लिए भी यही डेडलाइन है। उन्होंने कहा – ”वह दिन में सपने देख रहे हैं। जम्मू-कश्मीर का जिन शर्तों के साथ भारत में विलय हुआ था, अगर उन्हें ही वापस ले लिया जाता है तो हमारे हाथों और कंधे पर तिरंगा नहीं रहेगा”।
उन्होंने कहा – ”यदि आप यह पुल (अनुच्छेद ३७०) तोड़ते हैं तो हम जैसे नेता, जो भारत के संविधान और जम्मू-कश्मीर के संविधान की शपथ लेते हैं, वह भविष्य के कदम पर विचार करेंगे। हमने हमेशा तिरंगा उठाया है लेकिन अगर आप अनुच्छेद ३७० को छूते हैं तो हमारे हाथों और कंधों पर तिरंगा नहीं रहेगा”। गौरतलब है कि
अमित शाह ने २०१२० तक जम्मू-कश्मीर से अनुच्छेद ३७० और अनुच्छेद ३५ए को खत्म करने की बात कही थी।
इस बीच महबूबा इस कांग्रेस घोषणापत्र में जम्मू कश्मीर से जुड़े अंशों की तारीफ़ की है। कांग्रेस ने घोषणापत्र में वादा किया है कि वह कश्मीर में सेना की मौजूदगी को कम करेगी और आर्म्ड फोर्सेस स्पेशल पावर एक्ट के कुछ बिंदुओं पर पुनर्विचार करेगी। ”कांग्रेस के घोषणापत्र में वही बातें हैं जो मुफ्ती मोहम्मद सईद साहब (उनके पिता और पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री) ने २०१५ में भाजपा के साथ गठबंधन करते वक्त कही थीं।
उधर पूर्व मुख्यमंत्री और नेशनल कांफ्रेंस उपाध्यक्ष उमर अब्दुल्ला १९५३ से पूर्व की स्थिति बहाल करने का वादा अपनी चुनाव सभाओं में कर रहे हैं जिसमें जेके में सीएम की जगह पीएम का पद होगा। इसके बाद भाजपा एनसी के मुखर विरोध पर उतर आई है। हालांकि उमर ने कहा – ”प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी को इतिहास पढऩे की जरुरत है। हम वही मांग कर रहे हैं जो संविधान ने हमें दिया है। उन्होंने राज्य में सत्तासीन होने पर जनसुरक्षा अधिनियम (पीएसए) को भी कानून की किताब से मिटाने का एलान किया है”।
 उधर आज महबूबा मुफ्ती ने कहा – ”हम एक बार नहीं कई बार कह चुके हैं कि धारा ३७० और ३५ए के साथ किसी भी तरह की छेड़खानी असहनीय है। यह संवैधानिक प्रावधान जम्मू कश्मीर को भारत के साथ रिश्ता बनाने के आधार पर हासिल हुए हैं। यह हमारी पहचान और वजूद को यकीनी बनाते हैं। इन्हें भंग करने का मतलब हमारी पहचान और हमारे वजूद को मिटाना है जो कभी नहीं होने देेंगे।”
