सरकारी मापदंड की धज्जियां उड़ाते हुए कर रहा मनमानी निजी स्कूले

कवर्धा : कबीर क्रांति के प्रधान सम्पादक व जिला प्रेस क्लब के महासचिव डीएन योगी ने निजी स्कूलों पर बच्चों के अभिभावकों की जेबों पर डाका डालने का आरोप लगाते हुए राज्य सरकार से इस पर अंकुश लगाने की मांग की है  उन्होंने कहा कि निजी स्कूले तरह-तरह की फ़ीस ले कर पालको को लूट रही है .उन्होंने कहा कि  छत्तीसगढ़ में निजी स्कूल एडमिशन फ़ीस और ट्यूशन फ़ीस के नाम पर पैसे वसूल कर रहे हैं। इसके अलावा अभिभावकों को स्कूल के यूनिफार्म और कॉपी किताबों के लिए भी अलग से पैसे खर्च करने पड़ रहे हैं। ये निजी स्कूल सरकारी मानकों को ताक पर रखते हुए अपनी मनमानी कर, शिक्षा के नाम पर व्यापार कर रहे हैं।

वरिष्ठ पत्रकार डीएन योगी ने कहा कि सरकार को इस विषय पर उचित करवाई करने की जरुरत है क्योंकि यह बच्चों के भविष्य के साथ खिलवाड़ है। निजी स्कूल, ब्रांड के नाम पर हजारों लाखों रुपए सालाना वसूल कर रहे हैं और अभिभावकों को भी मजबूरी में अपने बच्चों को अच्छी से अच्छी शिक्षा देने के लिए भारी भरकम फ़ीस चुकानी पढ़ रही है। लेकिन जो अभिभावक इतनी मोटी रकम चुकाने की हालत में नहीं हैं क्या उनके बच्चों का भविष्य उज्जवल हो सकता? इस विषय में सरकार को गंभीरता से कदम उठाने की जरूरत है। ये निजी स्कूल छत्तीसगढ़ में पिछले 15 सालों से भाजपा सरकार से मिली भगत करके ट्यूशन फ़ीस के नाम पर अभिभावकों से 30000 से 50000 तक वसूल कर रहे हैं। निजी स्कूले जिस तरह शासन द्वारा निर्धारित मापदंड की धज्जियां उड़ा रहे है इससे  यह साफ होता है कि इन स्कूल के ऊपर सरकार का कोई अंकुश नहीं है और अगर सरकार ने इन पर अंकुश नहीं लगाया तो कई बच्चे अच्छी शिक्षा से वंचित रह जाएंगे और कई अभिभावक शिक्षा देने के लिए इन स्कूलों की जेब भरते रहेंगे। सरकार को इस विषय को गंभीरता से लेते हुए त्वरित कार्रवाई करनी चाहिए। सरकार को तो ऐसे काम करने चाहिए जिससे कि सरकारी स्कूलों में ही बेहतर से बेहतर शिक्षा बच्चों को दी जा सके ताकि इन निजी स्कूलों का महत्व अपने आप ही कम हो पाए।

 उन्होंने शासन से मांग की है कि इस मामले में कड़ी कार्यवाही करके पालको को राहत दिलाये .
