कवर्धा : राज्य के विभिन्न पॉलीटेक्निक संस्थाओं में संचालित डिप्लोमा इंजीनियंरिंग पाठ्यक्रम के प्रथम वर्ष में प्रवेश हेतु व्यावसायिक परीक्षा मण्डल, रायपुर द्वारा 9 मई 2019 को प्री-पॉलीटेक्निक टेस्ट(पी.पी.टी.-2019) राज्य के सभी जिला मुख्यालयों पर प्रथम पाली में सुबह 9 से 12.15 बजे तक आयोजित होगी। परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने हेतु किसी भी शैक्षणिक सत्र में कक्षा 10वीं उत्तीर्ण होना या कक्षा 10वी की परीक्षा मे शैक्षणिक सत्र 2018-19 में सम्मिलित होना आवश्यक हैं। परीक्षा में सम्मिलित होने हेतु परीक्षार्थी को व्यापम की वेबसाइट बहअलंचंउण्बीवपबमण्हवअण्पद पर ऑन-लाईन आवेदन 14 अप्रैल तक प्रस्तुत करना होगा। परीक्षा शुल्क भुगतान करने हेतु बैंक का डेबिट कम एटीएम कार्ड, क्रेडिट कार्ड, नेट बैंकिग का उपयोग करना अनिवार्य हैं। साथ ही आवेदन करने हेतु परीक्षार्थी स्वयं का ई-मेल आईडी होना आवश्यक है। ऑन-लाईन फार्म में सभी जानकारियां सावधानी के साथ भरना होगा। परीक्षा हेतु प्रवेश पत्र व्यापम की वेबसाइट पर तीन मई 2019 से उपलब्ध होगा, जिसे परीक्षार्थी को डाउनलोड कर प्रिंट करना होगा। परीक्षा संबंधी विस्तृत जानकारी ऑन-लाईन फार्म भरने हेतु निर्देश, परीक्षा पाठ्यक्रम, परीक्षा शुल्क भुगतान हेतु निर्देश आदि व्यापम की वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध हैं, जिसे परीक्षार्थी आवेदन करने से पूर्व अच्छी तरह पढ़ लें।
